we can do to fix their handoff point as it's outside our immediate network.
I've transfered you to general support as network administrator has been changed

I love my comcast, they just upgraded to 10 down 1 up. I've never had an issue with them until now, and I'm not sure that it's even them to blame.

I've always been pretty happy with Comcast. Unfortunately for us, the servers that are causing you and me are both Comcast servers.

As you see, both those IPs belong to Comcast.

I don't get how Tesla's is so much worse than Geek's... Don't you guys live pretty close to each other? I think you should call Comcast and get an amplifier put on your in line, Tesla.

yeah, Geek's is a lot better than mine. But note, I have 5 computers in my house... mine, my bro's, my mom's, my laptop, and a server. so a lot is going down the toilet when i'm using mine.
besides, i think cable has a lot to do with where you're located. idk what an amplifier would do to my connection. i'm not even sure that comcast would come out and give me an amplifier... they've already emailed me about my torrent usage.
i'm just waiting for FiOS to get activated in my neighborhood, they already installed it a couple of months ago.

I had to get an amplifier from Comcast, it made a HUGE difference. I've heard that Fios is overrated. A lot of the people I know who have it have gotten the same or worse connections as they had with cable. Also, it's spotty and much more unreliable. Maybe it'll be perfected in a few years though.
