Posted: Sat Jul 12, 2008 6:12 pm  I need to warranty a seagate hard drive and my question is.... If I warranty for a replacement will I get a NEW or REFURBISHED hard drive? I looked all over their FAQ and couldn't find anything so if anyone has done this let me know.
