Audrey is my niece, as soon as she was born she was rushed away by doctors.
its has been 3 months, 13 surgeries, and a lot of money.
she will have some problems learning how to walk but that should turn out to be nothing serious.
She was born with cataracts on both of her eyes those have been removed by surgery,they say she has a good chance for good vision.
she has a hole in her heart but doctors said it should be fine.
she has some syndrome i have never heard of, but they said it could be very serious or almost not noticeable only time will tell.
I've been there , my daughter's hips wasn't fully developed so she had to wear a brace for 6 months , she was born with 2 holes in her heart one of them was the size of a quarter the other a dime , the doctors said if she didn't have a enlarged heart she wouldn't of made it. She has a syndrome yet to be Identified she has a extra x chromosome , her eye's had to be fixed with the use of special glasses. She will be 20 years old this October she now lives in a group home. So there is hope that they can live a normal life. Just a word of advice , don't treat them any different than a normal child.
Feedback. The Syndrome that your daughter has is the XXX Syndrome also known as the Triple X Syndrome. Hope that helps man. And if your wondering how i know this... Im majoring in both Genetics and Biochemistry. And i would agree Feedback... People are People no matter what. I used to help Kids that were Autistic back when i was going to Mercer so i feel you on that. MrGarglez your going to have to realize that its gunna be hard at times but i think that you'll pull through though.. aiite im done with my two cents

The head pedietrition at Texas childrens said in 30 years he has never see 1 case of it. so it is Very Very rare..
