Why was I banned??Posted:

My ID is Pvt. Jackson and my steam id is STEAM_0:1:12140329 and I was kicked and banned from server 3(i think) at 11:45 approx. Masochrist was accusing me of hacking (which I have never done since Ive played this game) and probably is the one who kicked me. He was accusing me of shooting thru walls. WELL DUH, some walls and the telephone poles can be shot thru. I'm not a cheater, and if no one believes me, then why didn't VAC catch me. I'm not a hardcore player, and only play to have fun, so why the hell would I cheat. I was having a good night with the sniper rifle, what more can I say. Some nights I can't miss and others I stink something awful. But to be kicked and banned just because I had maso's number is bull.
Third. Several players were complaining that you were sniping them from the wall next to the window without actually using the window. I scoped on your window with a sniper rifle and there was no one in the window whatsoever, yet I was still sniped from the wall.
Fourth. It was 5 minutes from the admin who banned you. You will never be permanently banned from a T3 server unless certain qualifications are met, and you'd know what they were if you were doing them.
Fifth. I never accused you of hacking. I said you were glitching the wall. I'm not even referring to where a sniper's elbow is visible yet he can still kill you, you just plain were not using the window. Yeah, some walls can be shot through, but no walls can be seen through. No one is accusing. It was a 5 minute glitch ban and several players in team chat were bitching about you doing it.

Well I apologize for accusing you personally Maso. I shouldn't have made an assumption. I guess I was pissed a little for being kicked for what I perceived to be no reason. I guess I don't get what I was doing. Glitching???... that is a new term for me in DOD.
Glitching is when you exploit a game glitch in the map, like climbing up to certain advantageous places using 'invisible ledges' that shouldn't be there, or shooting people from a fault in the level. I'm not sure what you saw on your screen, if you could see out the window or what not, but on everyone elses screen who was trying to snipe/rifle you, you were not visible in either window, yet we could see the gun flash from inside the room and then we'd die. No hard feelings, hope to see you in game.
Just so there is no confusion, I was the one who kicked you for the glitching stated above. It was a 5 min. ban because you had been asked repeatedly to quit. As Maso stated above, now you know and knowing is half the battle. Please find your way back into our servers any time and in the future, if a T3 member is asking you to stop doing something and you don't understand why, politely request further clarification.
Again I apologize, and I honestly did not notice any difference sniping from those windows. All I did was kneel down on the edge of the mound that separates the two rooms. Normally I don't even snipe from there much, but if there is an exploit there, I will just avoid it all together. Also, if I just disconnect from the game and reconnect if someone notices I'm glitching, will that take care of problem also???
