Well, I was just playing some DoD:S, and Mr. Masochrist was asking another player what [T-P] stood for at the beginning of his name. This player didn't respond, sending Masochrist into a rage (not really. lol). After asking him maybe once more, Masochrist kicked this player. I made the comment, "Stupid reason for a kick." The guy might've not even spoke english...or he's just playing the game, and doesn't notice the text...Anyhow, I was just standing up for this seemingly-helpless dude. And it got me a ban. No profanity, immaturity, nothing.
I'm not on my own computer at the moment, so I can't retrieve my steam ID, but I wanted to post a dispute ASAP to show that I really do want to get unbanned and that I strongly believe it was unjustified. It happened on server #3, at approx 4:00PM EST.
Here's hoping it was only a temporary ban. I'll find out when I get back to my own PC.

guess the moral of the story is - " DONT BE A DUMB ASS AND MAKE A STUPID COMMENT TO AN ADMIN " gets you banned I guess .. in future keep your comments to yourself regarding other players and you`ll be fine eh ?
First off, admin is fucked up and kicks people at random and everyone can attest to that. Second, if someone [ANYONE] is talking to another player, especially an admin, mind your fucking business! I don't understand this stupid shit! How difficult is it? If I go in another and an admin is slaying, freezing, slapping, slaying and banning another player, I don't say anything BECAUSE IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I also have better things to do than whine on a forum that I was banned from a videogame server for putting in my two cents when it wasn't neccessary. Maybe I'm just not a blithering fucking halfwit.
If it DID ban you, because I don't remember doing so, it was only for 5 minutes.
Since that last patch from our good friends STEAM! Admin has been doing some very strange things. I haven't had any of the expierences, due to the fact I rarely use it. So someone else will have to list em.
Well, I know for one that when someone, Ex. Maso or Jackal kicks one person, it seems to randomly kick other players about 1 every 10 minutes or so throughout the map.
Any admin action done once is repeated again to a random player at random times throughout the map unless the admin leaves and comes back. Frankly admin has become useless. No reserve slots, can't swap players to even the teams, and if you kick someone for spamming or blocking or whatever reason, you have to leave and come back or risk it automatically kicking people. And then you have to listen to them bitch.
I have noticed that when I use the admin menu for some reason when it goes away it still stays up and you can't see it. Whenever you hit a number key the menu is still technically open to the last page you used. Make sure you hit the number key that closes the menu after you use your admin, i believe it is 9, even though the menu disappears. I started doing it the other night and it seemed to stop the problem.
