I already sent floppy a pm, but I figured I should post what he sent me on the forum

When Hobbit tries to get onto the site it says this
you have attempted to access this site with an invalid IP.
Be SURE to include the following information in any email!

Tell him to use https://sureproxy.com/ he should be able to connect though it.
