figured id get some insight on some of my clanmates favorite teams. How do you guys see your teams season shaping up. Well except you jackal, we all know the steelers are the best team ever . Anyway i see the browns.. barring any injuries, competing in the afc north with the steelers for the top spot, at least getting a wildcard berth.
Colts should be in the top 3 teams in AFC , I don't know if they have what it takes at running back year , Joseph Adai is not a good full time back , but the good thing is they got Dominic Rhodes back from free agency so he can back up Adai this year. To early to tell if Marvin will be on top of his game yet. Reggie Wayne should have a top 5 receiving yards year , I think that Gonzalez should have a break out year. As far as defense goes we got Freeney back this year off of injury so the D-line should be tough again. I'm still not sure about our corners though , our Safety's are ... well awesome Bob Sanders.......enough said. So it looks to be another good year for us. I'll make this prediction about the Giants I don't see them going but maybe 8-8 not that Eli Manning isn't good , I just don't think he has enough weapons available. I think the Steelers will go 9-7 ya Jackal I said that Um I think the browns look to go 9-7 . I'm kinda of curious to see what the Jets will do. Not that they won't be a threat but , ah who knows. I still think Favre should of went to Tamba Bay , they would have a good shot to make it to the Super Bowl. Any ways there is my ramblings. GO COLTS GO NOTRE DAME!!!!!!!!
Well, since the Eagles are in THE TOUGHEST DIVISION IN FOOTBALL, our record will be barely over .500. That's typical in the NFC East since we have 4 actual teams in the division. The Cowboys are going to be tough to beat this year but I think the G-Men have suffered too many losses to be a serious contender this season. The Redskins have an amazing amount of talent but still have a bunch of individuals rather than a cohesive team. If they manage to play as a team, they will be a formidable force. Unfortunately for us here in Philly, McBadd will be starting again this year. There's much talk that he's actually healthy this season, but we'll see. If he throws every pass low and behind the receiver this year like he did last, we'll be lucky to contend for a wild card spot and if we do it will be on the back of our newly reinforced defense. If he's "on" or gets sidelined early in the season due to injury, we have a hella good team together and will be breathing down the Cowboy's neck for the division. Going to watch them play Carolina tonight (club box baby!) which should provide some insight into our depth chart. It will be nice to see some action from our up a coming star quarterback Kevin Kolb. He is the future of this team and by all reports so far he will lead this team to great things.
Things dont look great for the Giants but if Eli can pickup where he left off the Giants could have a shot at winning a wild card. The NFC is just loaded. The Jets may stratch at 10 wins but I see them at 9-7, just a good season, no playoffs. Naughty, I think the Eagles are going to better than you think and I'm not even an Eagles fan!
